Do I get a mockup before my order is made?
Unfortunately not 🫶
To keep turnaround times quick (and prices fair), I don’t send mockups for website orders.
Everything is designed in the style shown in the photos , you’re trusting me to make it look ✨chef’s kiss✨

How do I choose colours?
Each listing has colour options , just pick your faves!
Not sure what works together?
Go for contrast (light + dark) or stalk my Instagram for combos I use all the time 👀

How long does it take?
Turnaround times average 1 to 3 working days. (Monday - Friday) depending on how many orders we have!
Then you choose your postage:

Why does my topper come with a frame?
Because I want it to arrive in one piece 😅
The frame protects your topper during shipping , just follow the instructions provided & pop it out carefully when it arrives.

Will engraving show on all colours?
Not equally!
Engraving shows best on:
✔ mirror colours
✔ black
✔ red
It’s more subtle on lighter colours (like white or pastels)

Can I customise my order?
Yes! That’s kinda the whole point here 😌
Just fill in the personalisation box properly (names, ages, wording etc)
👉 Please double check spelling , I copy exactly what you write!
The only customisations are the ones listed. Please can I ask you refrain from ordering and then sending
an email asking for a different customisation option. The ones listed are the only options i'm afraid.

What if I make a mistake on my order?
Email us ASAP!
If we haven’t made it yet, we can usually fix it.
If it’s already been cut… it’s a bit too late 🥲

Do you accept returns or refunds?
As everything is made to order, I don’t accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
If something arrives damaged, message me and I’ll sort it.
