Processing Times
All items are made to order.
Processing times are roughly 1-4 working days.
These times do not include shipping.
Shipping Methods (UK)
Shipping options are available at checkout and include:
* Royal Mail Tracked 48
* Royal Mail Tracked 24
* Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Working Day
Please note that Guaranteed services do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed (unless using a Guaranteed service).
Once your order has been dispatched, Studio Four is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service.
Urgent Orders
If you require your order for a specific date, please select an appropriate shipping option at checkout but please be aware we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address entered at checkout is correct.
Studio Four cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Packaging
All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely.
Cake toppers are supplied with a protective frame to prevent damage during transit. This should be removed carefully upon arrival.
If a customer requests their order to be sent without a protective frame, Studio Four accepts no responsibility for damage occurring during transit.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and we will work to resolve the issue.
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please get in touch so we can assist with a claim through Royal Mail.
